Child Custody Evaluations / Social Investigations

As a licensed mental health professional, I conduct comprehensive and impartial child custody evaluations to assist courts in making well-informed decisions prioritizing the child's best interests. In Florida, these assessments are known as Social Investigations. My evaluations encompass interviews with parents, children (when appropriate), and significant collateral sources, along with a thorough review of pertinent records. I provide objective, evidence-based recommendations that concentrate on the child's emotional, psychological, and developmental needs, guiding custody decisions and supporting families through intricate custody disputes.
